Why it might not be the right time to run a challenge
I see many clients who believe that a running a challenge will quickly help them gain visibility, build their audience based and have a big cash injection in their business.

This can absolutely happen at the right stage in your business.
If you do it too early, you can become distracted from a perfectly good strategy that focusses on building solid foundations.
So how do you know when it's the right time in your business to run a challenge?
I would say there are six key things you need to have in place:
You have a clear no-brainer offer that consistently bring in new clients into your business.
You know your audience inside out.
You have proven results.
You have a marketing strategy that works like a well-oiled machine.
You have systems and processes in place that help you automate many of your business activities.
You have the resources to help you support the pre-launch, launch and post launch activities.
Running a challenge should never be underestimated.
Challenges are challenging for those running them. They require a lot of effort, high energy, continuous follow-up.
Many coaches refer to the post "Challenge Hangover" being very real.
It takes a lot of you.
So ask yourself "What is your intention from running the challenge and are you well placed at this moment in your business to run a challenge?"
